Why does my domain still show up as available even after I have registered it?

Your domain is registered immediately but it can take up to 24 hours for it to appear as assigned to a whois (owner). Once you receive a confirmation email from Inventa, you can be sure that the domain has been registered in your name.

Can I cancel a registration after having completed it?

Once the registration process is initiated, it cannot be interrupted or cancelled. It is, therefore, essential that you choose your domain with very special attention and care.

My domain has expired. Can I renew it?

If you let your domain expire by accident, our team can renew it before it is eliminated or its expiration is made public. There is a period of 30 days after the expiration date, in which you can renew your domain. Additional fees may apply. All you have to do is contact us and we will initiate the process.

Can I sell a domain I have registered?

Yes, as soon as you have registered a domain, you can sell it or give it whatever purpose you wish, provided that all costs have been paid and there’s not a situation of legal breach.

What is Inventa’s consolidated billing service?

Inventa’s consolidated billing service is a system that unifies all invoices for services provided by our company. Thus, the entire payment process is simplified through the issuing of a single bill that can be sent within the deadlines agreed with each client (e.g. once a month).
