The IP and Women Business Summit

The Fourth Edition of the IP and Women Business Summit, organized by the World Intellectual Property Organization Nigeria Office, took place on 17 March 2026 at the United Nations House. The event brought together women entrepreneurs, innovators, policymakers, academics, and industry leaders to explore the role of intellectual property in advancing women-led innovation and business growth.

Angela Adebayo Agbe-Davies was invited to participate as a panelist, where she shared her insights with participants on the topic, “The Audacity for Change: How Women Are Converting Innovation and Creativity into Economic Power in Nigeria.” 

Through the discussion, Angela contributed perspectives on how women can harness innovation, creativity, and intellectual property to drive sustainable economic impact and expand opportunities for women in Nigeria’s growing innovation ecosystem.
