Human Resource Manager at Inventa, Leila has consolidated experience particularly within multinational contexts, with a focus on team management, internal communication, HR policy development, talent management, and performance evaluation implementation.
Additionally, she has developed training courses, onboarding processes, and process management models. Leila was responsible for corporate events and served as a coordinator for the HR and Facilities Department, achieving certifications such as ISO 14001 and Great Place to Work. Also coordinated social initiatives with various institutions and implemented the "European Language Competence Indicator" project by the Ministry of Education.
Began a career as a Scientific Researcher in the area of Unionism, Labor Relations, and Labor Sciences at CIES-ISCTE | IUL and provided consultancy for HR systems for a multinational company.
