The 1st Angolan Congress of Industrial Property was held in Luanda

On April 26th and 27th, it was held the 1st Angolan Congress of Industrial Property, organized by Ponto de Vista, in partnership with Inventa International and the Angolan Institute of Industrial Property (IAPI).

The congress had four debates: "Patents for Invention in the Oil Sector", "Foreign Brands´ Protection in the Angolan Legal Order", "The Commercial Secret in the Scope of Private Investment" and "Act of Unfair Competition as a Criminal Offence", as well as two conferences, with the themes "For a reform of the Angolan Industrial Property Law" and "The International Tutelage of Industrial Property".
