This year, INTA’s Europe Conference “Brands, Sports, and Esports: A Brand (R)evolution” took place in Madrid, Spain.
Over the course of 2 days, among several subjects, experts in the legal, marketing and business fields discuss the brands strategic in the sports industry, which, and increasingly combined with the proliferation of technology, ends up creating its own successful ecosystem. The promotion of brands through sport and esports has always had an enormous impact, but it is true that in recent years has reached a new dimension, thus betting more and more on innovation.
One of the highlights was also the insights of several specialists in the field (representing some of the most well-known brands) on how to create, manage and protect brands, events or teams. Therefore, the importance of Intellectual Property in this industry was analyzed, an increasingly important topic for companies.
Vítor Palmela Fidalgo and Tiago Reis Nobre were present at Inventa International, who also had the opportunity to speak with football legend Nuno Gomes, one of the speakers at the conference.
