End of requirement of Power-of-Attorney for Intellectual Property Rights Renewals in Macao
Starting January 2, 2019, it has ended the requirement to present a notarized Power-of-Attorney when applying for Intellectual Property Rights renewals registrations in Macao.
This change has the aim to simplify the administrative industrial property procedures, in order to improve its efficiency.
From now on, the agents don’t need to present a Power-of-Attorney to submit a renewal request.
