Pharma and Biotech Patent Litigation Summit 2024

Vítor Palmela Fidalgo attended the Pharma and Biotech Patent Litigation Summit in Amsterdam, Netherlands, starting on January 23rd.

The summit focused on practical tools for addressing patent litigation challenges and strategies in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, providing updates on case law and central regulations. As part of this year’s summit, the UPC Litigation Forum took place on January 22nd. This one-day meeting brought together leading litigators, patent attorneys, in-house lawyers, and judges for a practical review of the early-stage UPC.
