  •  Original power of attorney, notarized.
  •  Certified copy of Extracts from the Chinese Patent Office (SIPO).
  •  Certified copy of the Chinese Patent issued by the Chinese Patent Office.
  •  Patent number.
  •  Original and Notarized Deed, signed by both parties, stating the Macau application number and with certified translation to Portuguese or Chinese.
  •  Original power of attorney, notarized.
  •  Original power of attorney, notarized.
  •  Notarized copy of the certificate of incorporation or extract from the commercial register.
  •  Original power of attorney, notarized.
  •  Original and Notarized Deed, signed by both parties, stating the Macau application number and with certified translation to Portuguese or Chinese.
  •  Original power of attorney, notarized.

Remarks: If the Chinese patent is still pending, copies of the Chinese publication documents are required but certified copies of the Extracts from the Chinese Patent Office and of the Chinese Patent are required within 3 months from the date of publication of the granting decision in China.
