Application Requirements
- Power of attorney, simply signed.

- Graphical representation.
- Assignment document (if applicable), legalized by the Congolese Consulate.
- Certified copy of the priority document, with a verified French translation.
Renewal Requirements
- Duration: 5 years from the date of the application and renewable once for a total of 10 years.
Assignment Requirements
- Power of attorney, simply signed.
- Deed of assignment legalized by the Congolese Consulate.
Change of Name Requirements
- Power of attorney, simply signed.
- Certificate of change of name, with verified French translation, notarized..
Change of Address Requirements
- Power of attorney, simply signed.
- Certificate of change of address, with verified French translation, notarized..
License Requirements
- Power of attorney, simply signed.
- License agreement, legalized by the Congolese Consulate, with a verified French translation.
Remarks: Examination: Formal examination. Grace Period: 6 months.
