- Copy of priority document (if applicable), with verified Portuguese translation, certified.
Renewal Requirements
- Duration: 5 years from the date of the application and renewable every 5 years for a total of 25 years.

- Power of attorney, notarized.
- Original or certified deed of assignment.
Change of Name Requirements
- Power of attorney, notarized.
- Certificate of change of name, with verified Portuguese translation.
Change of Address Requirements
- Power of attorney, notarized.
- Certificate of change of address, with verified Portuguese translation..
License Requirements
- Power of attorney, notarized.
- License agreement, certified or original, with verified Portuguese translation.
