AIPPI World Congress 2026

From the 7th to the 10th of October, the AIPPI World Congress will take place in Hamburg, Germany, bringing together IP practitioners, in-house counsel, judges and policymakers from more than 100 countries.

Over the four days, the programme covers the latest developments across patents, trademarks, and copyright, from litigation and enforcement trends to international harmonization efforts. Delegates will also take part in committee sessions where members debate current IP issues and vote on positions that go on to shape international policy recommendations, alongside panels on how technology and globalization continue to reshape IP systems worldwide.
