Biomeet 2026

Biomeet 2026, the annual meeting of Portugal's Biotechnology sector, takes place on September 23 and 24, at the Taguspark Conference Centre, in Lisbon.  This year the event brings together stakeholders from the biotechnology sector in Portugal and abroad for two days of knowledge sharing, strategic networking, and business growth.

The program includes keynotes, plenaries, and roundtable discussions on topics such as the EU Biotech Act and global leadership, building world-class biotech ecosystems in Portugal, translating science into commercial impact, AI-driven biotechnology and precision medicine, rare disease therapeutics, and intellectual property and licensing strategies. The agenda also features flash presentations, exhibitor booths, and one-on-one partnering meetings.

Ana Neves, Patent Consultant, and Luís Caixinhas, Patent Engineer, will represent Inventa at the event. They will be available at our stand to answer questions and advise on effective intellectual property strategies, specially designed to drive innovation in the biotechnology sector.
