Africa Women Summit UK Convergence

On August 15, 2026, the African Women Summit hosted its first-ever UK Convergence, bringing together up to 300 delegates from across Africa and the diaspora.

This gathering served as a platform for women leaders, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and creatives to advance dialogue on the economic and social advancement of African women, extending a pan-African movement that has already convened over 2,000 women from 40 African countries across Nigeria, Dubai, Rwanda, and South Africa.

Angela Adebayo Agbe-Davies, Managing Director of Inventa Nigeria, attended as a private sector stakeholder, supporting the conversation on protecting the intellectual property of women-led businesses and the role of IP in building brands that scale beyond borders.
