The Pharma and Biotech Patent Litigation Europe 2025

Vítor Palmela Fidalgo will be attending the Pharma and Biotech Patent Litigation Summit Europe, held in Amsterdam, Netherlands, starting on January 19th. The summit will focus on practical tools for addressing patent litigation challenges and strategies in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, providing updates on case law and central regulations.

This year’s summit will also host the UPC Litigation Forum, scheduled for January 20th. This one-day meeting will bring together leading litigators, patent attorneys, in-house lawyers, and judges for a practical assessment of the early-stage UPC.
