Filomena Bento, HR Diretor

Human Resources (HR) Director, responsible for coordinating the company’s HR policy across all locations where Inventa operates. Due to her previous experience as an Intellectual Property Consultant, Filomena has a privileged view of the most appropriate personal and professional profile to ensure the quality of the service provided to our clients.

Additionally, oversees the training programs for employees, whether in the respective areas of activity or terms of interpersonal development. The HR department is also responsible for managing careers, to enhance the growth of employees within the company.
