Luís Caixinhas, Patent Engineer

Patent Engineer at Inventa, with experience in Industrial Property, focused on patent issues: patent drafting, research and strategy in multiple jurisdictions. Main focus in defining and advising strategies for protecting Research & Development (R&D) results through industrial property rights.

Throughout his professional career, Luís has specialized in consulting and management of internationalization processes for orders or model designs and prosecution in national or international patent applications, including preparation of technical and legal opinions related to the counterfeiting process.

Author of several articles on industrial property, Luís also participates in several seminars as a speaker on topics related to IP.
