Codification of the European Union Trademark
It was published, in the Official Journal of European Union, the codification of the regulation 2017/1001 from the European Parliament and of the Council of 14th June of 2017, about European Union’s trade mark.
The regulation can be found here.
The regulation intends to provide more clearness and rationality to legislation acts that conform requests and effects of European Union Trademark.
