New Schedule of Fees of Portugal's Intellectual Property Office

It was published on the portuguese journal "Daily Republic", on August 22 of 2017, the new industrial property fee schedules of industrial property.

The cost of a trademark registration increased 0,60€, being the total amount of 124,45€. The cost for an additional class increased 0,18€, which means that, from 1st september of 2017, it will be charged the amount of 31,55€.

In general, the costs for industrial designs, models and patents have also increased.
