Application Requirements

- Graphical representation.
- Copy of the priority document (if applicable), certified, with a verified English translation..
- Deed of assignment, simply signed, with a verified English translation..
Renewal Requirements
- Duration: 5 years from the date of the application and renewable twice for a total of 15 years.
Assignment Requirements
- Power of attorney, simply signed.
- Deed of assignment, certified or original, with verified English translation.
Change of Name Requirements
- Certificate of change of name, with verified English translation.
- Power of Attorney reflecting the new name, simply signed.
Change of Address Requirements
- Power of Attorney reflecting the new adress, simply signed.
- Certificate of change of address or an equivalent document proving the change.
License Requirements
- Power of attorney, simply signed.
- License agreement, certified or original, with verified English translation.
Remarks: Examination: Formal examination Grace Period: 6 months
