2nd Angolan Congress of Industrial Property

Inventa International and Ponto de Vista organized the 2nd Angolan Congress of Industrial Property, that took place in Luanda, on 25 and 26 April 2019.

The event gathered a wide panel of specialists to discuss the Industrial Property panorama in Angola.

As part of the speaker’s panel, Daniel Reis Nobre highlighted the importance of Pharmaceutical Trademarks, and Vítor Palmela Fidalgo spoke about IP Conflict Resolution through Arbitration.

Besides its intent to promote and discuss IP in Angola, this event has also the aim to celebrate World IP Day, that is celebrated worldwide on April 26. This is an ephemeris promoted by WIPO - World Intellectual Property Organization, with the purpose to point out the role of IP on the economy.
