INTA Leadership Meeting 2024

From November 12 to 15, Daniel Reis Nobre attended the INTA Leadership Meeting in New Orleans (Louisiana, USA), joining committee members of INTA to discuss a variety of emerging IP Topics. 

During the four day-event attendees had the opportunity to expand and strengthen their networks, as well as their skills through bootcamps, workshops and the “Leadership Lab” interactive sessions.

Additionally, Daniel was the moderator for a session titled,  'Green Gambits: Unfair Competition in the Eco-Friendly Era', held on November 14. The session featured Dr. Barbara Abegg, Counsel at Lenz & Staehelin, Thais Gadotti, Legal Officer at FSC Global Development, and Dr. Clemens Heusch, Vice President and Head of Global Litigation and Disputes at Nokia, and focused on challenges of greenwashing, misleading sustainability claims, and the legal implication surrounding eco-friendly practices in business.
